Updated Payment Policy Effective Immediately
Card on File Required for All Clients
All clients — new and returning — must keep a valid credit or debit card on file to book and hold an appointment.
This card will only ever be charged if a cancellation or no-show fee applies.
Appointment Confirmation Policy
Confirming your appointment means you have added a valid card on file.
If your appointment is not confirmed with a card within 24 hours of booking, the system will automatically cancel it.
No appointment is considered “reserved” without a card on file.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
These policies apply to every service booked:
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment
Late Cancellations & Late Rescheduling (less than 48 hours)
If you cancel or reschedule inside the 48-hour window, a 50% fee of the scheduled service total will be charged.
Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated the same as canceling.
No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation (within 24 hours)
If you:
do not show up,
cancel within 24 hours, or
attempt to reschedule within 24 hours,
you will be charged 100% of the service total.
Any change inside 24 hours = full cancellation.
Failed Payments Policy
If the card on file fails when a fee is charged:
I will reach out once in case there was a mistake in the card details.
If payment is still not successfully completed, you will no longer be able to book services at The Sunroom Tucson.
Maintaining an active, valid card on file is a requirement for all clients.
Why These Policies Matter
As a solo artist, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute changes can’t be refilled and disrupt the schedule for all clients.
These policies protect everyone’s time and ensure that The Sun Room remains a calm, intentional, and respectful space.
