Cancelation Policy

Everything clients should expect concerning late, canceled or no-show appointments.

Late Appointments - Life happens! If you run into traffic or make a wrong turn, please contact me at 5203601124 as soon as possible, so we can work out the best solution.

Cancelled Appointments - If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, please do so at least three hours prior to your appointment time via the Fresha booking application.

No-Show Appointments - If you are unable to make prior arrangements and need to "no-show" an appointment, a fee (25% cost of booked service(s)) may be incurred.
